As we step into January, we can’t help but reflect on the incredible moments that made this past holiday season so meaningful. The Homestead Community Christmas Party was a beautiful example of what happens when a community comes together with open hearts and generous spirits.
We want to extend a heartfelt thank you to all the volunteers, donors, and foster families who helped make the celebration such a success. Because of you—and with a special shout-out to DJ For Hire—children in foster care were able to enjoy an evening filled with laughter, joy, and Christmas magic. 
Those moments of happiness will stay with us long after the decorations are packed away.
The holidays also brought countless quiet acts of kindness, including the lovingly handmade blankets created by our amazing volunteers. Knit and crocheted with care, each blanket represents hours of dedication and a genuine desire to provide warmth and comfort to children in foster care. Every stitch is a reminder that small, thoughtful actions can make a big difference.
